The UNISON South East Region Police, Probation & CAFCASS Service Group AGM will be taking place this year as follows:

Meeting Details

When:     10.30am to 2.00pm on Wednesday 18th March 2026

Where:    Hybrid/South East Regional office

Branches are invited to nominate to officer positions as well as seats on other internal and external bodies. Your branch may also submit motions or amendments to the committee constitution.

Delegates

Branches are invited to register delegates. Only delegates have the right to vote at the AGM. Delegates are defined as those listed in the Police, Probation and CAFCASS Constitution:

  • Branch secretaries from the five regional PP&C branches
  • 2 representatives from the Police Staff membership of each PP&C branch (1 woman and 1 general seat)
  • A maximum of 4 representatives from each branch with Probation Members- 2 from National Probation Service membership and 2 from Community Rehabilitation Company membership (1 woman and 1 general seat)
  • 1 representative from each non-police or non-probation employer
  • 1 CAFCASS representative
