Regional Council AGM (23 February 2019)

23 February 2019 11:00am–4:00pm

Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ

Each year the Region holds its Annual General Meeting in February, which is the first meeting of the cycle, and elects the majority of other committees in the region.

You can find out more about democracy in the region and the roles of the various committees by watching this short video or downloading this leaflet.

This circular outlines the processes for Branches to register delegates, nominate members for elected positions, submit motions & rule changes, and gives all timetables, deadlines, etc. I hope this information will be of assistance when planning and attending Branch meetings before the Regional Council AGM.

This year, there will be a digital registration process running alongside the normal hard copy forms. Branches may use either the digital forms or the hard copies.

Last year we were encouraged to see an increase in the number of branches participating with Regional Council and I hope that trend continues in 2019!
