Where – Wells House, 65 Boundary Road, Woking, GU21 5BS
This is an in-person meeting and lunch will be provided. The agenda and any meeting documentation will be sent out two weeks before, in line with access standards.

Delegate Registration
To register your delegation simply use this Delegation form. Branches may register up to two representatives, at least one of whom must be a woman. Branches with more than 1000 levy payers* may have up to four representatives, applying the principles of proportionality and fair representation, of which at least 50% should be women.
*If you wish to check your branches levy payer total please email e.britton@unison.co.uk
Delegates from Self-Organised Groups, Retired Members and Young Members may register using the same registration link, such delegates have rights to speak but not vote at Labour Link Forum.
All delegates must be:
• A full paying member of the Labour Party
• A UNISON member of the Labour Link Political Fund

If you have completed an Access Passport this will be referred to, but if you have specific requirements for this even only, please complete this form before Friday 7 March 2025.

Nominations for Elected Positions, Conferences and Outside Bodies
Labour Link Forum 2025 will be holding electronic elections prior to the Forum only registered delegation leaders will be able to vote, nominations need to be made using our online system here.
Under Labour Link rules there is a vote weighting system as follows:
Voting
When formal votes are required on policy and constitutional issues affecting the UNISON Labour Link and Labour Party and for electing regional representatives and delegates, they shall be carried out using a weighted system of voting to reflect UNISON Labour Link membership in branches as follows:
- One vote for Branches with up to 250 UNISON Labour Link levy payers;
- One vote for each 250 UNISON Labour Link levy payers or part thereof above this;
- Up to a maximum of 8 votes for any Branch.

Candidates may submit a 500 word election address which for any contested seats will be printed in an election booklet prior to the electronic ballot, which can be submitted here.

Motions
Branches and Regional Self-Organised Groups may submit motions to the Regional Forum. In addition, the Regional Forum may decide which two motions to submit to the National Labour Link Forum. In the past our region has influenced previous Labour Party manifestos on areas such as housing and homelessness which all started from policy our Regional Labour Link Forum made. All motions should not exceed 300 words. To submit a motion please use the link below.
