UNISON South East’s Regional Women’s Forum will offer a series of dynamic workshops on intersectionality, motion writing for conferences, and workplace organising; an introduction to women’s development and leadership, and speed mentoring sessions designed to accelerate your growth as women trade unionists.
This forum is an invaluable opportunity to connect with fellow UNISON women, share experiences, and gain the skills needed to champion women’s rights in the workplace and beyond.
The forum will run between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday 28 September, and 9:30am and 1:00pm on Sunday 29 September. Following this, a committee meeting will be held from 2:00pm to 3:30pm on Sunday 29 September.
Attendance costs £70 per person. Branches will be invoiced for this separately in due course. Branches will also need to arrange and cover accommodation costs for their attendees, and are responsible for other expenses for their delegates, including subsistence and travel.
