Southampton District UNISON is holding a film screening to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The 1980 film 9 to 5 is an office satire about three female secretaries who decide to get revenge on their tyrannical, sexist boss by abducting him and running the business themselves.
Times:
- 5:30 pm – doors open
- 5:45 pm – pre-film talk
- 6:00 pm – film starts (running time of 1 hr 50 mins)
Admission is free and open to all, but prior booking is advised. There will be free food and UNISON information and freebies.
Please bring along change for a collection for Southampton Women’s Aid, a local charity for women and children who experience domestic violence and abuse.
