The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills to recruit new members and develop new activists.  Working with and supporting the Team to organise and drive forward our campaigning work within branches.

To undertake this role you must have good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.

The post is based in the Guildford office. The post holder will focus on delivering the Regions communication and digital strategy, including social media as well as undertaking generic Local Organiser activity.
