So many UNISON members are working hard day and night in the most difficult of circumstances, caring for others, and keeping the country going throughout the Covid-19 crisis.
Whether they are carers, nurses, refuse collectors, hospital porters, or anything in between, dedicated public servants are going above and beyond to look after us all.
This is our space to celebrate the vital role played by public service workers combating Covid-19 and working to keep us all safe and well.
We’ll also be paying tribute here to some of the UNISON representatives and members who tragically died after contracting Covid-19. These are public service champions who fought tirelessly for the rights of their colleagues and had their lives cut short by this horrible disease. Their contribution to our union and our movement will never be forgotten.
