The course is a six day schedule between 18 July 2022 to 27 July 2022 and delivered online by West Thames College.
This course is principally designed for trade union representatives looking to engage with the development and practice of employment law, and to develop attitudes and skills needed for activism or higher level study such as the TUC Level 2 Employment Law Certificate.
The course focusses on the introduction to members’ rights at work including the those of equality and health and safety legislation. The sessions are geared at giving some basic tools for reps to use in negotiations and when dealing with individual representation cases.
