This exciting annual conference is open to all Branch Officers and Representatives and is especially recommended for those who hold Equality posts or who are interested in discrimination issues.
The conference will include:
- Advice and resources to share with branches and members to raise awareness of Equality issues in the workplace.
- National Expert guest speakers including Susan Mawhood (UNISON National LGBT+ Officer) and Sue Coe (TUC Senior Policy Officer, Equality and Strategy) plus many more.
- Fun Workshops so you can learn and network with colleagues. Deidre Costigan (National Disabled Members Officer) will deliver a workshop to enable you to get the best Reasonable Adjustments for members. A workshop with Vicki Gibbs where we look at the different types of Equality Pay Gaps.
- Goody Bags, Lunch and Refreshments provided.

There is no charge for attending the conference however, branches will be responsible for paying travel expenses.
