On Friday 21 October the Truth About Zane Campaign will be gathering at College Green and marching to present their petition to the prime minister at No.10 Downing Street.
The petition has over 110,000 signatures and calls for an independent enquiry into the tragic death of seven year old Zane in 2014.
UNISON South East regional convenor Rosita Ellis will join the event, along with Zane’s family, Mayor of Manchester Andy Burnham and representatives of the Fire Brigades Union (FBU).
All UNISON activists are welcome to show their support and solidarity and join the march. Attendees are asked to wear orange if possible.
