UNISON has made 2022 the Year of Disabled Workers.
We want to use these 12 months to highlight the experience of our disabled members, the value they bring to our union and to the workplace, and to call for better enforcement of legal rights including the right to reasonable adjustments at work.
There are many medical issues affecting women that are not fully understood, largely due to the historical exclusion of women in society.
- Know what endometriosis is, know the causes and symptoms.
- Understand what it is like to live with endometriosis.
