We want to use these 12 months to highlight the experience of our disabled members, the value they bring to our union and to the workplace, and to call for better enforcement of legal rights including the right to reasonable adjustments at work.
In this webinar we will discuss Mental Health and how it affects all of us, including:
- How some conditions are stigmatised in the media, and the impact this has on mental health in the workplace.
- How UNISON can help to minimise discrimination for those affected
