UNISON is offering this course to help Women members cope with the challenges life throws at them either at work or in daily life.
This course aims to:
- Help to improve self-esteem.
- Improved understanding of the importance of boundaries.
- Ideas and tips for addressing own confidence and assertiveness issues.
- Raise awareness of UNISON education and development opportunities.
- Help to speak with confidence.
