We are very proud to have celebrated our centenary this year – for those 100 years we have acted solely for those who have been injured and mistreated, using the law to protect working people.
We are incredibly proud of the work we do with UNISON and the groundbreaking cases we have won together. We extend our thanks and best wishes to all those members we have acted for and to the activists and organisers with who we work in partnership to build and fight legal claims.
To give some examples of our work with UNISON this year, the members we have represented from the South East region have received a total of £4.6 million in compensation for injuries, there have been numerous successes in individual and multiple claimant employment claims, and we have continued to provide regular telephone advice to organisers. We have also attended a number of your events, mainly online, and look forward to attending more in-person events with you next year.
